By using the PlayLine app, you agree to play fair and respect all participants and organizers. Any form of cheating, abusive language, or unsportsmanlike behavior will result in disqualification.

We reserve the right to modify tournament rules, cancel matches, or disqualify players at our discretion to maintain fairness and order.

We do not collect sensitive personal data. Your participation in WhatsApp or on this website is voluntary, and any information you provide is only used for managing tournaments and updates.

By participating, you agree that your name, team name, and score may be publicly visible on tournament results.

If you have concerns or wish to leave the platform, you may contact us anytime.

Players

Player must provide accurate contact information and a reward account that belongs to you.

Only one Account is allowed per individual

Late appearance, no-shows or intentional delays may lead to disqualification.

Toxic behavior, cheating, or use of third-party tools will result in permanent bans.

Moderator Policy

Moderator are responsible for fair tournament execution and conflict resolution.

Any abuse of Power, manipulation, favoritism will lead to suspension.

Match result be documented(screenshots or video) and submitted on time.

Mods must remain active and responsive during tournament periods.

Tournament & Match Policy

Tournament are bracket-based and may follow knockout elimination for combat or soccer, and league style for soccer games.

Only admins can make structural changes to brackets or matchups.

Matches must be played as scheduled unless rescheduled by a mod or admin

Team leader for combat game, for paid entry are to make the payment and share the referance number with only their team member only.

Community Code of Conduct

No hate speech, harassment, impersonation or spam.

Disprespecting players, mods or admin will result in sanctions.

The Whatsapp Community are moderated and treated as official spaces.

User will be banned from using PLTgames if they do not follow the community code of conduct

Payment Policies

All payment are processed securely through paystack

For tournament requiring entry fee, slots are confirmed only after successful payment

Payment are non-refundable after registration deadline.

In case of errors, contact us within 24 hours with proof of transaction.

Fraudulent payment activity will result in account termination.

After tournament ends, Payments are distribute to the winner's reward account in less than 24hours.

Privacy and Data use

User data is used only for tournament management and platform improvement.

We do not sell or share personal information with third-parties, except the use of your email to send payment receipt from paystack
